Position Summary:
Provide high-quality, individualized therapy through evaluation, treatment planning, hands-on care, patient and family education, and a guided home exercise program—supporting patients in reaching their functional goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each patient
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Foster a positive patient experience with compassion and professionalism
What You Bring:
- Current GA Physical Therapy license (or eligible within 6 months)
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively
- Passion for quality care and ongoing learning
