What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Front Office - Therapy position at Ortho Tennessee?
Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic is seeking a Floating Medical Front Office Specialist for a Monday through Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling to float in our Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic therapy offices. This role will be responsible for patient check in/out, collecting copays, scheduling return visits, scheduling office appointments, as well as various clerical duties. The ideal candidate must be friendly and dependable, EHR and NextGen experience preferred and medical office experience is a plus. Must be willing to travel to various locations as needed.
