What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Ortho Mattress?
Ortho Mattress is looking to hire for an open sales associate position. This is a full time position (~40 hours/week) with full benefits available (Medical/Dental/Vision/401k/paid vacation). Applicants should have some sales/retail experience and dependable transportation.
Starting pay is $17.28/hour commissions. Our sales associates range between 50-60k /year, and those promoted to store manager participate in profit sharing if monthly goals are met.
