OrthAlign, Inc., a Smart Technologies, growing medical device company, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Communications Specialist to assist in the implementation and execution of a multi-channel communications strategy and marketing campaigns. This individual serves as a strategic partner to the Product Management team in guiding message development and promotional efforts targeted to healthcare professionals, patients, investors, sales force, and employees. Expected travel up to 5%.
You will:
- Provide art direction, copywriting, and oversee production and approval process for all promotions.
- Manage promotion design, production, and distribution with internal staff and external vendors.
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management system to monitor customer relation strategies, build workflows that streamline sales and marketing processes, and ensure accounts and contacts are up to date.
- Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the results of communications campaigns and strategies.
- Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts.
You need:
- BA/BS degree (required) with 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications, or 3-4 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Working knowledge of both traditional and e-based communications channels
- Experience executing communications plans
- Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Results-oriented with appropriate urgency and tenacious follow-up
- Ability to work as a collaborative team member as well as independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, producing high quality output
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
