Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

What does this role look like?

• Manage incoming appointment requests, referrals, transfers, and pre-intake screenings for new clients.
• Coordinate admissions, including scheduling, obtaining records, verifying insurance, and following up on no-shows.
• Assist clients with Oregon Health Plan (OHP) eligibility, applications, renewals, and required follow-up.
• Help clients navigate the Oregon ONE Eligibility System and understand available health coverage.
• Verify private insurance and explain applicable co-pays and out-of-pocket costs.
• Build and maintain client charts, consents, ROIs, admission paperwork, and other required documentation.
• Orient new clients to the program and connect them with transportation and other community resources when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation throughout the intake and OHP assistance process.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of general office/clerical experience.
• Ability to complete and maintain required OHP Assistor training/certification.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and data-entry skills.
• Basic computer and standard office equipment skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
