The Warehouse Worker II plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment with demonstrated skills in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and picking/packing.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Basic computer skills to use inventory management software.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Certification in forklift operation or other warehouse equipment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
