- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment with demonstrated skills in inventory control, shipping/receiving, picking/packing, and bulk stock put-away activities.
- Experience safely operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV), including reach trucks and order pickers, is required.
- Basic computer skills to use inventory management software.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Certification in forklift operation or other warehouse equipment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Perform accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems.
- Perform bulk stock replenishment and put-away activities by accurately storing inbound inventory in designated warehouse locations using reach trucks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment.
- Handle shipping and receiving duties, including inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and preparing outgoing shipments according to company standards.
