Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, inventory reports, and operational data.
- Must be able to stand, push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more.
- At least 2 years previous experience operating PIV equipment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in the wholesale trade industry or a similar fast-paced distribution environment.
- Proficiency with advanced warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in forklift operation or other relevant warehouse equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership training or professional development in team management.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not a required skill.
- Comfortable working in multiple areas of the warehouse to support changing workload demand.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control processes, including regular stock audits, discrepancy resolution, and reporting to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize shipping schedules and reduce delivery times.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards to maintain a secure working environment for all warehouse personnel.
