Job Overview:
The Dynatrace SME will serve as the primary expert for application performance monitoring and observability initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert.
- Implement, configure, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams.
- Analyze application performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, reports, and monitoring strategies.
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training for internal teams.
- Develop documentation and best practices for Dynatrace usage.
- Stay current with Dynatrace updates, features, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and implementation.
- Deep understanding of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) and observability concepts.
- Experience with performance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
