- Baccalaureate Degree in computer science, information systems management, or a closely related field preferred. Prior experience may be substituted for Baccalaureate Degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in IT environment

Responsibilities:
Job Summary
The Network Analyst will perform a variety of tasks related to providing support for desktop; server; and network environments.
Duties
- Install, upgrade, and support Server and Computer hardware/software
- Assist with planning and implementation of IT projects as directed
- Analyze system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests on operating system and hardware to detect problems
- Initiate preventive maintenance on systems and be capable of repairing issues as they arise
- Strong experience with enterprise networking solutions including WAN, LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies
- Experience with VMWare virtual server and workstation environments
- Collaborate with vendors as directed
- Mentor others in the performance of their job duties where applicable
- Communicate effectively with all contacts
- Accept and adapt easily to change
- Support all company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
