Responsibilities:
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant carries through to completion specific work projects assigned by any member of Administration performing secretarial tasks and administrative duties.
Duties
- Creates and maintains efficient office routines, workflows, and business practices
- Assembles and maintains data relative to various phases of the center’s activities in an organized manner.
- Assists department managers and employees regarding the center and departmental regulations, procedures, and policies, and daily operations
- Serves as recording secretary and coordinator for various meetings, composes correspondence, and manages calendars, appointments, screens visitors, assists managers and employees wherever needed.
- Performs various related duties and tasks as directed.
