Purpose of the Position:
Coordinates pick list priorities, shipping and receiving orders, and day-to-day tasks with the shipping department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, logistics providers, coworkers via email and phone
- Prepare labels, manifests, Kanbans, and other paperwork required to pull orders
- Mange EDI ANS, invoices, and transmissions
- Prepare and mange all shipping paperwork and ensure proper completion
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory tracking, share shortages and communicate expiration with Quality and PC department.
- Read and comprehend instructions and following established procedures
- Keep workstation clean and organized
- Cross train in other areas as needed and other duties as assigned or required
- Receive incoming Material, Match PO’s and upload Receiving documents to Accounting.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Detailed oriented, organized, and motivated
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to understand spoken and written English
- Previous Forklift experience
- Ability to work overtime and needed
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for 8 plus hours daily
- Ability to use both hand, wrists, and arms with continual motion
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, and reach objects
- Ability to lift 30 plus pounds repeatedly
- Ability to bend, stoop and walk frequently

Temperature controlled facility
Personal Protective Equipment Required
Safety glasses at all times, safety gloves, non-slip work shoes, ear plus as necessary
