Purpose of the Position:
Safety and efficiently operate a Hilo and overhead crane to move material throughout the facility as needed. Ensure all machines and production lines are stocked with material.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain grinding operations to ensure post process material is being reused
- Perform required PM tasks assigned for the material handling system
- Monitor all raw material movements within the department and staging areas
- Conduct daily audits of the grinding systems to ensure efficiency
- Maintain material flow to all machines, dryers, mixers, and grinders
- Record finished production and move into the designated quality check areas
- Assist the team leader with break reliefs
- Maintain a clean working environment by cleaning and organizing lines
- Follow all Orotex policies and safety rules
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
- Detailed oriented, organized, and motivated
- Ability to understand spoken and written English
- Ability to work overtime and needed
- Minimum 2 years plant experience with previous knowledge of injection molding preferred
- Understand of bulk grinding systems
- Previously Hilo certified
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, walk for 8 plus hours daily
- Ability to use both hand, wrists, and arms with continual motion
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, and reach objects
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds repeatedly

Temperature controlled facility
Personal Protective Equipment Required
Safety glasses at all times, safety gloves, non-slip work shoes, ear plugs as necessary
