Description: Full-time Custodian Position.

Job Summary:

• This is an 8 hour/day position.
• Perform ground maintenance routine and project cleaning of assigned areas.
• Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned or as needed.
• Assist with set-up and take-down of school activities.

Qualifications:

• Focus on details and commitment to doing a good job required.
• Experience cleaning in a commercial setting preferred.
• Ability to get along with district employees and be courteous and helpful with students and general public.
• Ability to stand and/or walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat, and/or climb stairs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a variety of conditions and environments (e.g. dusty, wet, cold, hot, high humidity, noisy, indoors, outdoors, at heights, and in small spaces.

Hours and Days: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Bargaining Group and Level: Custodians - Full-time

COMPENSATION
Hourly Wage: $20.80-$23.11

INSURANCE
Single Health: 90% Covered by District
Employee 1 Health: 85% Covered by District
Family Health: 77% Covered by District
Dental: Partial Coverage by District
Life insurance equal to annual wages: 100% Covered by District
LTD insurance: 100% Covered by District

VACATION AND HOLIDAYS
Vacation: 5 Days after 6 months.
Holidays: 11 Paid Holiday/Year
