We’re expanding and looking for a sharp, organized Accounting Assistant who’s ready to take on real responsibility. This is not a monotonous data-entry role — you’ll get hands-on exposure to real operations, real numbers, and real decision-making.
You’ll be working across three seven-figure companies under one umbrella — a financial services firm, a commercial real estate development group, and a fast-growing consumer brand. What You’ll Do (and Learn):• Bookkeeping across multiple companies
• Month-end close and clean reconciliations
• Financial reporting and dashboard updates
• Variance analysis and trend identification
• Support for tax prep, CPA deadlines, and audits
• Exposure to real estate operations and business strategy

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):• Experience with QuickBooks Online (Desktop is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Solid bookkeeping fundamentals (AP, AR, reconciliations, ledgers)
• Detail-obsessed and accurate — sloppy work won’t fly
• Comfortable calling tenants, vendors, banks, and clients
• Professional, confident phone presence
• Strong written communication and polished email etiquette
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow systems
