Shop Coordinator: Warehouse & Inventory (Split Shift)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Split Shift: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Actual Schedule May Vary)

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (approx. 30 hours/week)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Shop Coordinator to join our team. This unique split-shift role is designed to support our morning dispatch and our afternoon return-from-field operations. You will be the "anchor" of our shop, ensuring our technicians have what they need to start the day and that our inventory is accurately accounted for when they return.

Key Responsibilities

• Morning Shift (6:30 AM – 9:30 AM):
• • Assist technicians with pulling and loading material for daily jobs.
  • Conduct morning "truck stock" audits to ensure all vehicles are fully equipped.
  • Ensure Cleanliness of Organization of Shop
• Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM):
• • Check-in returning technicians and process unused material back into inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Prepare "will-call" orders for the following business day.
  • Ensure Cleanliness of Organization of Shop

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse. Experiences in the trades (plumbing/construction) is highly preferred.
• Reliability: Since you are responsible for the "start" and "end" of our day, punctuality is non-negotiable.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to coordinate between field staff and office management.
