Overview
We’re looking for a Part-Time Psychological Testing Technician to join our team (about 18–24 hours/week, flexible scheduling).
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in psychology or healthcare. You’ll be helping administer and score psychological assessments and supporting our psychologist with client care and testing coordination. Training is provided!
Responsibilities
- Administer standardized psychological assessments and testing procedures tailored to individual patient needs under the direction of the licensed psychologist.
- Observe and document client behavior during testing
- Prepare testing materials and maintain accurate records
- Support scheduling and coordination of testing appointments
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow standardized testing procedures
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in clinical or educational settings preferred
- Prior experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in behavioral health settings is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging patients empathetically while maintaining professional boundaries during sensitive assessments
