You understand how to balance creative product thinking with execution and timelines, and you are comfortable partnering closely with design, sales, and production teams throughout the product development process.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with design teams on reviewing CADs, product direction, and seasonal assortments
- Support product development timelines and help ensure key deliverables remain on track
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, production, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintain assortment tools, SKU tracking, product recaps, and merchandising updates
- Review product details, assortment changes, and line updates for accuracy and consistency
- Participate in product reviews, fittings, and internal cross-functional meetings as needed
- Support seasonal assortment planning and merchandising execution across categories
- Help identify product opportunities and emerging trends within the marketplace
What You’ll Bring
- 4–6 years of merchandising, product development, or related apparel experience
- Strong product eye with understanding of apparel construction, trends, and assortments
- Experience partnering closely with design and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Excel and merchandising/product tracking tools

Compensation & Benefits
Orly-Corp. provides base salary ranges for all U.S. positions in accordance with applicable laws. The expected base salary range for this role is $85,000 – $105,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and overall qualifications. We offer a total rewards package, including health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
