Duties
- Greet prospective residents warmly and conduct engaging property tours to highlight features and amenities
- Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately using property management tools
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and clear communication
- Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, data entry, filing, and document management in accordance with legal standards
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate property maintenance requests, move-ins/outs, and occupancy updates
- Uphold excellent office etiquette, conflict management skills, and customer relationship management to foster positive resident relations
Experience
- Proven experience in property leasing preferred
- Demonstrated ability in customer service roles within property management or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes
- Excellent conflict management skills coupled with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Office experience involving filing systems, data entry accuracy, phone etiquette, and client communication techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a team environment
