Sales Specialist- Customer Engagement
Orley Associates is now hiring Sales and Customer Service Representatives in New Orleans, Covington and surrounding areas. We are a sales company specializing in bringing customers to our various telecom clients!
This is a hybrid role:
- Training and meetings are conducted virtually on Zoom.
- One-on-one consultations with customers are in person and performed daily.
Our representatives meet with out customers daily, and personal transportation is required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct daily appointments with customers.
- Opening new accounts for our clients and upgrading existing accounts.
- Daily Zoom meetings to discuss campaign strategies.
- Lead management.
- Follow all outlined requirements for contact and sales.
- Notifying customers of new products and services available in their area.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-5 years of customer-focused or sales experience.
- Associate's Degree
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
- Competency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
- Leadership experience.
- Training experience.
