The Mountain View Union Elementary School District is seeking a dynamic and innovative classroom teacher. The anticipated building and grade level assignment is expected to be at Hardwick Elementary School in Grade 3, for an approximate 12-week term of employment. The expected dates are August 17, 2026, to mid-November 2026. The ideal candidate will have: - Passion for inspiring and working with elementary students- Strong understanding of child development, growth mindset, and trauma-informed practices- Commitment to building strong relationships, preventative classroom management, and active differentiation- Working knowledge of research-supported best practices for early literacy instruction- Working knowledge of Bridges MathematicsMountain View Union Elementary School District (MVU) is comprised of the towns of Hardwick, Woodbury, Greensboro, and Stannard.
