Orleans Community Health is in search of a compassionate and dependable LPN to work in our 5-Star Rated 30-Bed nursing home. Our seasoned Nursing Team is looking for reliable and knowledgeable LPNs who could step in and be part of our amazing team! If you enjoy working with the elderly, have a good attendance record and would like to be part of an amazing nursing team, then we’d love to talk with you!
Shift and Status
Night Shift – 5:00pm-5:30am
Day Shift – 5am-5:30pm
Opportunities to work in other areas of the facility including the Hospital Unit
12% Shift Differential after 3pm!

Position Summary
If you are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), we invite you to join the team that puts quality care and compassion above all else. You will be working alongside of four excellent CNAs, an RN Charge Nurse and an RN DON. We care about our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and make sure to give our team everything they need to enjoy their work life.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
New York State licensure with current registration.
