Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Associate/Associate Attorney. The Senior Associate/Associate Attorney will handle daily tasks such as providing legal advice to both our auto lender clients and our national network of law firms we manage across the US. We represent our auto lending clients in replevin, impound recovery and a handful of defense litigation throughout the US. We are the law firm to our clients and the client to 25 plus law firms we manage throughout the US! This hybrid role is located in Erlanger, KY, with some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate(s) has between 4-10 plus years of experience in Civil Litigation with experience in Creditor Rights, Replevins, Impound Recoveries and Bankruptcy
- Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
- Strong Negotiation skills and a strong desire to achieve excellent results for our clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Current license to practice law in the relevant jurisdictions OH, KY and IN
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in creditors’ rights and financial services is a plus
