What You’ll Do- Document Review & Preparation: Analyze and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Court Appearances: Represent clients in hearings across Pennsylvania with guidance from experienced attorneys.
- Client Interaction: Build relationships and provide clear, professional support.
- Legal Research: Stay current on legal developments to support case strategy.
- Case Management: Organize and manage files to ensure timely execution.
- Negotiations: Learn the art of settlement and negotiation with real-world practice.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or pending admission)
- No Disciplinary Actions in last 10 years.
- Must be able to cover court appearances within Pennsylvania
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- No prior experience required – we’ll train you!
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfort learning new legal tech platforms. Training provided.
