We are seeking a motivated Golf Professional to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in golf operations, enjoys working with people, and can ensure the day-to-day functions of the golf shop run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, merchandising, and tracking product levels
- Manage staff scheduling, ensuring efficient coverage and a professional atmosphere
- Organize and run tournaments, outings, and golf events with attention to detail and excellent customer service
- Provide lessons as needed (teaching is available but not the primary focus of this position)
- Support daily golf operations and deliver a welcoming, high-quality experience for all players
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Experience in golf operations, retail, or tournament administration preferred
- PGA membership or progress toward membership is a plus
