The Seasonal Supply Clerk position is responsible for sorting and distributing weekly supplies for Orlando Science Center's Summer Camp program. The Clerk will also assist in stocking, organizing and delivering supplies.
Essential Functions
- Maintains all education supply rooms and ensures the workspaces are kept clean and organized.
- Sorts and distributes supplies based on weekly camp themes.
- Receives incoming supply shipments andmaintainsstocking of supply shelves.
- Travels to locations topick-upsupplies and transport to the Science Center.
- Demonstrates commitment to OSC's vision, mission, and values.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience & Certifications: Inventory experience. Employee must have a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record as stipulated by OSC’s insurance carrier. Must be comfortable driving an OSC vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a museum or other informal education environment.
- Strong customer service skills.

Expected Hours of Work & Travel
- This position is seasonal (May4th– August14th) and primarily works Monday – Friday. Based on supply needs, you will be scheduled one day during the weekend.
- Travel throughout the Central Florida area will be required to pick up supplies and program materials.
Telecommuting
This position is required to be onsite 100% of the time.
