Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Executive:
- Engage with small and mid-sized businesses to assess communication needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Conduct in-person visits and consultations with business clients to introduce products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and reliable follow-up.
- Support clients throughout the sales process- from initial contact to setup and onboarding.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and account details using internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Executive:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Prior customer-facing experience in sales, service, or outreach (0–2 years) is welcome but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with business clients.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn in a performance-based environment.
- Must have reliable transportation for local travel and client meetings.
