We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who values teamwork, professional growth, and evidence-based practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys learning, teaching, and collaborating with colleagues in a supportive outpatient setting.
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Collaborate closely with other NPs, therapists, and support staff

Compensation is determined based on experience, clinical skills, and overall fit for the practice. We believe in rewarding long-term commitment, professional growth, and clinical excellence. As providers build their caseload and contribute to the success of the practice, compensation opportunities increase accordingly.
Average compensation for full-time providers ranges from $120,000–$150,000 annually, with additional earning potential based on productivity, tenure, and practice growth.
We offer flexible scheduling designed around what works best for you and your patients. Providers have significant input into their weekly schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
This position follows a hybrid care model, with approximately 75% in-person visits and 25% telehealth visits, providing flexibility while maintaining strong patient relationships and continuity of care.
- Active PMHNP certification and state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply. Recent PMHNP graduates who are board-certified or board-eligible and eligible for state licensure will be considered.
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Commitment to collaborative practice and continuous learning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred, but not required
