As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will represent the AT&T brand on the front lines—connecting directly with customers, learning their needs, and recommending personalized wireless and technology solutions. The AT&T Sales Agent role is built around delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Sales Agent:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing AT&T with professionalism and energy
- Engage customers, assess their needs, and present customized AT&T products and services
- Clearly explain product features, promotions, and long-term value
- Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Agents and leadership to refine and improve sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Use effective negotiation and upselling techniques to grow customer accounts
- Stay informed on market trends and adapt your sales approach as needed
- Support outreach initiatives and promotional campaigns alongside management
What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Sales Agent:
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
- Telecommunications or prior AT&T Sales Agent experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to exceed expectations
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance into leadership roles
