What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Food Service Manager-Orlando position at Orlando Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Orlando Health and Rehabilitation Center has been serving the area for over 40 years. Our facilities are located close to local hospitals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short and long term care through Registered Nurses. This is complemented by Therapy services, Social Services, Activities, Nutritional Services. With over 100 years of combined experience, our staff of professionals is here to meet the needs of each and every patient and resident.
The Assistant Food Service Manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and maintaining the food service/dietary department, dietary personnel, and food production under the direction of the Food Service Manager.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet) High school graduate or equivalent education is preferred. Cooking, managing and or kitchen experience helpful
Requirements include:
ServSafe Manager Certification ( Required)
