Polk Freightliner is part of a group of family-owned dealerships located in Haines City, Florida. Our owners and Managers are involved in operations on a daily basis and operate under the best interest of our customers and our team members.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance person to join our team.
- Perform facility Maintenance
- Ensure that all Maintenance projects or concerns are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Support facilities maintenance efforts by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with routine cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas as needed.
- Assist with floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing to maintain polished surfaces.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist as needed with maintaining cleanliness in facilities by emptying trash bins, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Assist with custodial duties including window washing, carpet cleaning, and general upkeep of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all tasks.
