Orlando Cleaners LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll operations accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll systems, accounting procedures, and compliance regulations. Key Responsibilities:• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for employees accurately and on schedule• Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, bonuses, and benefits• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations• Manage payroll tax filings and payments (FICA, FUTA, state taxes, etc.)• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies• Coordinate with HR regarding employee onboarding, terminations, and pay adjustments• Prepare payroll reports for management and accounting review• Handle direct deposit setup and maintain employee banking information• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax forms• Assist with year-end processing including W-2 preparation• Support audits by providing payroll documentation as requested• Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information Qualifications:• Experience processing payroll in QuickBooks and/or Sage• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and standard accounting procedures• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Excellent organizational and time-management skills• Ability to handle confidential information professionally• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)• 2 years of payroll or accounting experience preferred Work Environment:• Fast-paced business environment• Collaborative team setting• Opportunity for growth within the companyCompany DescriptionWelcome to Orlando Cleaners, where garment care isn't just a service – it's an art form.
