Machine Operator:
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Orlando Baking Company Machine Operator will operate various equipment for multiple
functions within the plant facility i.e., Production and Packing departments. Assure that the
equipment is prepared to company standards, and that it functions within those approved
standards. Including but not limited to, accuracy, specifications, timing / speed, overall
equipment efficiency (OEE) as well as limiting any and all waste. This person will work closely

with multiple leadership positions and good communication skills are required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Observe all FDA, OSHA and HACCP regulations
• Record all specifications, output and or quality sheets daily as directed.
- Maintain correct and accurate numbers of output. IE, yield, strokes, temperature, speed, packs, trays, cases, pallets.
• Keep on pace with production/ packaging requirements
• Set up equipment in accordance with company standards
• Assure equipment is operating at proper company standards for maximum output.
• Minimize any and all rework.
• Be at your work station at the scheduled beginning of your shift and be ready to
perform your job duties.
• Wear only company approved uniforms
• Observe all company and union rules
• Assure a clean, safe, and orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Communicate to Supervisor all relevant facts effecting proper operation
• At the conclusion of each production or packaging run or shift end:
• Observe all FDA, OSHA and HACCP regulations

MINIMUM EDUCATION
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• High School Diploma or equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• 2-5 years’ experience preferred in manufacturing facility

WORKING CONDITIONS AND DEMANDS
