We're searching for a bilingual experienced Customer Service to coordinate and manage the schedules of towing truck drivers to ensure vehicles are picked up and delivered in a timely manner. They receive calls for customer and contact their fleet of Towing drivers to arrange the pickups and deliveries. They maintain contact with Towing drivers throughout their routes to monitor their progress and to troubleshoot any problems that may arise along the way.
Responsibilities:
- Receive calls and record significant information
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information
- Use phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
