Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machines in our factory setting, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining a safe working environment.
Duties
- Operate machinery such as packaging, filling, and scenting machines.
- Follow cGMP rules.
- Read and interpret instructions and production schedules.
- Keep an accurate count of product manufactured and record scrap waste.
- Conduct quality control checks on manufactured products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve production issues and optimize machine performance.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience supervising staff
- Must speak, read and write English (all documentation is in English).
- Basic math skills.
- 2-3 years Machine Operator experience, preferably in printing and/or pharma.
- Basic mechanical aptitude a plus.
- Experience working in a factory environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Spanish fluency preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
