You will…
- Monitor and optimize daily and weekly service routes to ensure efficient scheduling for Orkin Pros.
- Assist the Branch Manager with administrative and backend office functions as needed.
- Respond to emails and inquiries related to scheduling, routing conflicts, and customer concerns.
- Reschedule missed service appointments and re-inspections promptly.
- Schedule callbacks and follow-ups for retreat services.
- Submit payables accurately into company systems.
- Manage incoming mail and ensure appropriate distribution.
- Handle cash deposits and issue receipts for received payments.
- Enter service agreements into company systems with precision.
- Schedule termite service appointments and coordinate initial services for new customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support branch operations.

What do you need to be successful?
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems.
- Familiarity with RFS and Tactical Planner preferred, or willingness to be trained.
- Experience with scheduling or routing systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in office software and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
