Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role located in Beaumont, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also track and report on sales performance and collaborate with the team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Account Management skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the pest control industry is beneficial but not required
