We are currently seeking a competitive and customer-focused Residential Sales Inspector to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Orkin, helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment by identifying pest issues and recommending customized, cutting-edge solutions.

What You Will Do
As a Residential Sales Inspector, your daily office is out in the community. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Comprehensive Inspections: Inspecting the interior, exterior, attics, and crawlspaces of residential properties to identify pest or termite activity and structural vulnerabilities.
- Consultative Selling: Presenting detailed findings to homeowners, explaining the risks, and recommending customized, comprehensive pest control and prevention programs.
- Closing Deals: Achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas by actively prospecting, following up on company-provided warm leads, and generating your own referrals.
- Building Relationships: Providing exceptional customer service to build trust, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborating: Working closely with our highly trained Service Technicians to ensure seamless delivery of the services you sell.
What We’re Looking For
- Character: First and foremost, we seek individuals who possess high moral standards and have a desire to help people.
- Sales Drive: Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or a strong desire to learn and succeed in a commission-driven environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You must be comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to perform physical inspections. This includes walking, climbing ladders, and comfortably navigating tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
- Independence: Highly organized, self-disciplined, and capable of managing your own daily schedule out in the field.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
