Home Sales Inspector

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Home Sales Inspector, where you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction within the residential. We are seeking a driven Sales Inspector to join our high-performing team. This role combines consultative sales, on-site inspections, and project estimating. You’ll work directly with homeowners and commercial clients to identify rodent problems, insect/termite issues, moisture problems in the crawlspace and attic, attic remediations, gutter lock, drip edge, rubber mulch and much more.

Duties

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections all issues stated above.

Develop tailored repair recommendations and detailed project proposals

Manage estimates, customer follow-up, and project tracking

Represent Orkin with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication

Attend daily morning meetings at our Salisbury office

Experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven sales professional (construction-related sales strongly preferred)

History of closing $1M annually in similar or related industries

Strong communicator with a polished, outgoing presence

Comfortable using mobile technology

Able to perform on-site inspections (physical activity required)

Former business owners or relationship-driven sales professionals encouraged to apply

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
