Home sales inspector

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Sales Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties, identifying areas for improvement, and providing clients with actionable recommendations.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of homes to assess their condition and identify potential issues.
• Develop detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for clients.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records of inspections.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including territory management. leads are provided
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.

Requirements

• Strong background in business development, account management, and territory sales is a plus
• Negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address client concerns promptly.
• No sales experience is required
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to home inspection services is desirable.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
