Duties
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of homes to assess their condition and identify potential issues.
- Develop detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for clients.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records of inspections.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including territory management. leads are provided
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
Requirements

- Negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address client concerns promptly.
- No sales experience is required
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to home inspection services is desirable.
