Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Coordinate daily service routes to support timely, efficient customer service.
Partner with service and call center teams to maintain smooth operations.
Use data and technology to improve routing, productivity, and efficiency.
Communicate across departments to resolve issues and adjust to changing schedules.
What We’re Looking For
Highly organized, accurate, and dependable.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working with processes, data, and changing priorities.
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.

Qualifications
Skill Requirements...
Skilled at coordinating complex routing schedules under pressure.
Relentless about meeting commitments and delivering great service.
Collaborative, clear, and comfortable communicator across all levels of the business.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
Agile enough to adjust processes and keep operations running smoothly.

Preferred: Experience in logistics, routing, or supply chain.
Also Welcome: Recent college graduates with customer service experience who enjoy organization, technology, and data-driven problem solving.
