As the Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for building a pipeline and recruiting talented individuals at all levels to join our growing team. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Region Management in each of the Division’s multiple regions to develop a full understanding of their business and staffing needs. Success in the role is measured by your ability to implement strong recruiting strategies and develop relationships in your markets as well as with the business partners you serve.

Responsibilities
You Will be Responsible for. . .
- Full cycle recruiting of field management candidates for Orkin’s Commercial Division
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop strategic sourcing strategies for each opportunity
- Consistently build candidate pipelines for key positions that support the strategic business objectives of the branches
- Screen resumes/applications of candidates to determine a short list of qualified applicants
- Interview, select and present the best candidates to the Hiring Managers
- Conduct reference checks, schedule pre-employment screens and follow-up on results when needed
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent follow-up communication and timely feedback
- Analyze the effectiveness of your recruiting processes by creating reports to review recruiting metrics
- Coach and train Managers on the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and interview selection process
- Serve as a SME for the division on recruiting questions, system support, job board vendor optimization (Indeed), candidate pipelining, etc
- With the support of the corporate Talent Acquisition team and regional/division resources, lead the planning and execution of TA programs, including social media initiatives, job fairs, open house events, veteran recruiting, and campus recruiting
- Lead a team of Recruiting Onboarding and Retention Specialists (RORS) consisting of Region team members with a focus on Recruitment of branch positions, developing onboarding, development, and retention programs and, conducting exit interviews, and other similar activities

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must have the ability to travel within the territory and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- 3-5 years: Full cycle recruiting experience supporting various job functions and levels (leadership, customer service, frontline positions) with 3 years: Experience with multi-site recruiting support and high volume-recruiting models, with the ability to work in the field independently
- Strong knowledge and experience with ATS system (iCIMS is a plus), job boards, databases, and social media to market career opportunities
- 3 -5 years: Experience and passion for interviewing and assessing talent
- Experience with multi-site recruiting support and high volume-recruiting
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and optimizing existing processes.
- Teamwork including serving as the lead to regional recruiting coordinators and working across multiple divisions for best-in-class service delivery
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers
