Our Customer Care Rep receives and responds to requests for service or other support for Orkin’s external customers. As a Customer Care Rep you are responsible for; routing requests to the correct support group, owning requests through resolution, following up on requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
You Will . . .
- Response to inbound phone calls, emails from National account customers
- Enter customer request into Contact 360 and the National Account Console (when required)
- Contact serving branch or on-call technician to verbally pass on request when needed.
- Email branch and branch manager of all service request page out
- Support dispatching service request to branch or on-call technicians
- Contact the appropriate party to resolve customer issues
- Fill out a National Account Console form to have customer information updated into the system
- Must be flexible with work schedule-will be required to work rotating shifts as well as weekend

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in an automated call center environment
- 2 years customer service experience with high profile customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excel at serving customers
- Computer literate
- Ability to deal with high profile, multi-location and high revenue customer base
- Flexibility with schedule as you will be required to work rotating shifts as well as weekend
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations. Extensive travel is required for this role.
