In This Role, You'll Get To
- Perform research on investment anomalies and trends utilizing quantitative and statistical measurement techniques
- Manage and enhance proprietary asset class risk models
- Identify key drivers of tracking error and sources of variance
- Design and implement highly sampled indexed portfolio to track a stated benchmark or strategy including use of ETFs
- Program investment processes and runs statistical analysis using Python
- Develop investment tools in Python and VBA
- Has knowledge of portfolio modeling
- Has knowledge of portfolio optimization, factor-based risk modeling, econometrics, statistical programming, index portfolio management, index & ETF product development
- Possess effective skills with computer programming languages including R, Python, and MATLAB
- Has knowledge of risk management tools
- Has minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM related field
- Possess minimum of 2 years of experience in investment management field
- Preferably has prior experience in quantitative investment management
- Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
