As an Operations Associate for our OCIO entity, you will be responsible for executing operational tasks, assisting in data entry and transaction processing, and providing support for the Orion Platform. Collaboration and effective communication are key, as you work with team members to achieve our operational goals. Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Lehi, UT.

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. - Assist in data entry and processing transactions
- Resolve routine issues

- Provide basic support for the Orion Platform
- Is able to multi-tasking and has an attention to detail
- Has effective individual and team collaboration
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Possess strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Possess problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Has less than one year experience
- Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
