The Role
We want someone who genuinely knows the creator space and knows how to use it to make Orion a household name. Not a coordinator who sends briefs and waits. Someone who can build the roster, negotiate the deals, run the content into paid, and read the numbers coming out the other end.
This is an awareness play and a performance play at the same time. Creators are how a category-defining sleep product gets discovered, and they are also one of our most efficient acquisition channels. You will own both sides of that.
You will report to the VP of Growth and work closely with paid media, lifecycle, brand, and ops.
Roster and sourcing
- Build and manage the creator roster end to end. Sourcing, vetting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, and renewals.
- Develop the roster across the categories that matter for sleep: longevity and health optimization, fitness and performance, women's health, sports, home and design, and podcast hosts.
- Build relationships with authority voices. Doctors, sleep scientists, coaches, and clinicians who can speak to the science credibly.
Performance
- Run promo code and affiliate link attribution, and push us toward honest incremental measurement
- Build the always-on ambassador and affiliate program. Tiering, commission structure, payouts, and the tooling behind it.
Content into paid
- Turn creator content into a steady pipeline of paid creative. Whitelisting, partnership ads, Spark Ads, and usage rights negotiated up front so nothing gets stranded.
- Work with paid media on what to test, what to scale, and what to kill.
- Brief creators on hooks and angles that actually convert, not just aesthetic content.
Operations
- Manage seeding logistics with ops. This is a high-ticket piece of hardware, so every unit that goes out is a real decision. You will own the onboarding experience so creators install it correctly and have something honest to say after two weeks of sleep data.
- Keep contracts, rates, exclusivity terms, and deliverable tracking clean and current.
