Martin & Shaft LLC., a manufacturer of pyrotechnic igniters used in Mining, Avalanche Control and by the United States Military is looking to hire a self-motivated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor for its Peru, Indiana facility. The successful candidate will have hands-on responsibility for operating a business from planning through the shipping of products.
Qualifications
- A college degree preferred.
- 3 years of manufacturing supervision experience.
- Proficiency with Excel required.
- Budgeting experience preferred.
- Experience with business management software preferred.
- Must be able to pass ATF background checks.
