Location
Lubbock, Texas – Primarily on-site with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. Additional flexibility may be available for attorneys who bring an established book of business.

To be considered, you must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have at least 3 years of transactional law experience.

Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of business contracts and commercial agreements.
- Form and maintain business entities, including LLCs and corporations.
- Advise clients on business transactions, corporate governance, and succession planning.
- Prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
- Manage probate matters from filing through estate administration.
- Draft and review deeds, easements, transfers, leases, financing documents, promissory notes, and other real estate documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence for business and real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering practical, business-focused legal advice.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- 3 years of transactional law experience.
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with business transactions, contracts, real estate, estate planning, and/or probate.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Book of business is highly preferred.
