Location: Fife, WA – On-site opportunity in the Tacoma metro area. Work closely with our accounting and operations teams in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Note: Candidates must have 3 years of manufacturing accounting experience and be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Hands-on experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory is essential.

Job Description
- Manage manufacturing and cost accounting activities, including inventory accounting and cost analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Analyze production costs, inventory movements, and manufacturing variances to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with operations, production, and finance teams to maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and accounting process improvements.
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with relevant business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory.
- Understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
