Job Description
- Manage end-to-end preparation and filing of employment-based nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.)
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-volume corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness
- Draft USCIS/DOS forms, legal letters, and supporting documentation
- Monitor visa expirations, case deadlines, and filing timelines
- Collaborate directly with HR teams, in-house counsel, and employees for case compliance and efficiency
- Assist attorneys with responses to RFEs and NOIDs
- Use case management systems to track cases and improve workflow processes
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 5 years of corporate immigration law experience, with a focus on NIV work
- Expertise in H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1 petitions
- Experience handling high-volume corporate clients
- Strong organizational, drafting, and communication skills
- Proficiency with immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa, Green Card, OPT, etc. acceptable)
